{Genius@Play} Nike SB Dunk High Cerveza Tecate

After posting the release of the Nike SB Dunk High “Tecate” earlier in the week, we have a more detailed look at the kicks inspired by one of Mexico’s most popular beers. The kicks are modeled after Tecate packaging in red, gold and black. Besides the colors the kicks feature gold striped side panel, which is modeled after the design on the Tecate cans and bottles. The kicks are in the tradition of Nike SB beer inspired colorways, which started with the Heinekens. Los Angeles based Primitive has the quickstrike release now available.

{Genius@Play} Nike Air Max 90 “Neon”

The Air Max 95 color way is applied to this Air Max 90 to come with with a Neon explosion that is a fitting tribute to two of the greatest running shoes of all times combined.

The gradient fade is there in spirit and we find a leather and mesh creation that is fit for a king. That neon color is also seen along the upper by way of the swoosh, lining and outsole hits. They really did not overdo it with the Neon and its a good thing because using it sparingly was definitely the way to go. Via Caliroots

Do i even need to tell you when the release date is??

{Genius@Play} Nike Air Max 1 “Total Orange”

Nice kicks literally has some nice kicks on their shelves. The site made the leap from website to retailer a few months back and in doing so became one of our favorite retailers.

They recently got in a shipment of this legendary retro that some of you may be familiar with. The Nike Air Max 1 Total Orange looks just as good as the day we met with its orange accented grey upper and white finishing touches. You can’t really beat these when it comes to classic style. Feel free to cop a pair over at Nicekicks

{Genius@Play} Air Jordan VI (6) “Detroit Pistons” Released Today

Sometimes some outside shots are needed to get a clearer perspective on what a sneaker looks like in person. Although I’m still not thrilled about patent leather on Jordan 6’s I will say that these do look better then I thought they would.

The Jordan 6 “Detroit” will release this Saturday April 10th so be on the lookout if you are interested in picking up a pair. Of course I’ll try to drop a release reminder Friday night/Saturday morning as usual.
